We’re seeking a Studio Co-ordinator to help us keep things running smooth here at Uproot as we continue to grow. If you’re a meticulous, motivated individual who’s interested in user experience design and technology and are looking to gain experience in operation and project management, we’d love to hear from you.
- At least 2 years experience as an office manager or similar role
- Strong inter-personal, organizational and communication skills, including the ability to manage internal and external schedules and tasks
- Familiarity with the Mac OS X environment
- Strong administrative skill-set
- Accounting and project management knowledge an asset
- Strong creative thinker with desire to constantly improve existing processes and practices
- Must promote a team-oriented culture
- Fluency in French, written and oral, an asset
- Must live or be willing to commute to Toronto
